It can be hard and confusing to know if any of these will actually work or if they are simply a scam. We will go through every element of them, from claimed benefits to ingredients. BulkingTime was originally created by Barry and is at the moment the only full-time team member. From time to time, you may, however, see articles from other fitness experts that are wanting to contribute their knowledge.
I have never really been too concerned with my overall health. Growing up I was always on the slim side and it was not until I met my wife that I started putting on some weight, although not a massive amount.
I would carry on generally eating what I wanted, drinking alcohol on a regular basis and not really thinking what impact all of this is having on my body.
It was 3 years ago that I actually looked in the mirror and thought I needed to do something. I had found out that my wife was pregnant, we were over the moon! It was not until I started thinking about my lifestyle that I thought I needed to take better care of myself.
I want to make sure that I am around for my son, as he grows up. It was also really important to me that I would be able to play chase or sports with him, without getting out of breath.
It was then that I started going to the gym and absorbing as much information as possible. The more I learned about improving my health, the happier I became. Now I can honestly say its a real passion for me and to some degree an addiction.
