Barry started his healithier lifestyle and lifting weights a few years ago, he had just turned 25. Now 28, he has seen some impressive improvements. He is able to lift more and is slowly getting the physique he has always wanted.
He started off by going to the gym and trying a range of different workout styles and then got into bodyweight workouts. Barry is fasinated with celebrity workouts and trying different routines to see the effects they have on his results.
Over the past few years Barry has been absorbing as much research as possible in bodybuilding, nutrition and even researched Nootropics. He has a real passion about all things health, believing that a healthy body and mind is the most important thing in life.
It has not all been smooth sailing though. During the past few years he has tried a number of products. Many of these products did little to nothing to help him in his goals. He must have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
